How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.

How Can I Choose The Right Size For Me?

Habitat has created a universal sizing system that aims to provide a unique reference for all countries. You can easily spot the best size for you by referring to our Size Guide that provides a conversion table to all major country size systems.

The Size Guide is conveniently available on the page of each product.

How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

What is your in store return policy?

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality vintage clothing, carefully curated to offer unique and timeless pieces. Due to the nature of vintage clothing, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please inspect all items carefully before making a purchase, and feel free to ask any questions you may have about an item’s condition, fit, or history. Our trained staff will provide as much information as possible to help you make an informed decision.

We appreciate your understanding of our zero-return policy and hope you enjoy your vintage finds from our store!

Does Old Skool purchase clothes?

YES! We buy your old clothes or can offer you store credit towards anything in store!

Since we are a vintage store, we are typically looking for anything 20+ years old. If you’re unsure of your garments age, bring it by anyways and our trained team will be able to identify the age of the garment.

How to I apply for a job?

To apply for a job at Old Skool, visit the “community” tab and click on our “apply now” link. There you can fill out a form that will help us get to know you more and give us the ability to reach out in the future.

How often do you get new pieces?

Daily! Everyday we are adding new pieces to our wide selection of vintage goods. Also, we perform a weekly rotation of our items to provide a new experience with each visit. You can also follow our Instagram and Facebook page to see when new product lines are introduced to the store.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes you can purchase gift cards in store. Talk with a store attendant and they will be happy to assist you.

How do I find your store?

Located at 123 S Main St. Unit B, Greenville, SC, 29601 we are positioned in the heart of downtown. Almost across the street from city hall, we are centralized in Greenville’s beautiful Main Street.

Directly across the street from The Westin Poinsett, you’ll find our building. Facing 123 S Main St., you’ll likely see the delectable Crust and Craft. If you’ll walk a couple steps around the corner towards the plaza, you’ll spot our door as we occupy the downstairs portion of the building. At that point, walk downstairs for all your vintage clothing needs!

What's considered vintage?

Vintage is consideredanything 20 years old or older. That now means early 2000s or even earlier than that. 

What are your store hours?

Monday: Closed

Tuesday-Friday: 12pm – 7pm

Saturday: 10pm – 7pm

Sunday: 12pm – 6pm

*Store hours may differ on holidays

Can I put an item on hold?

No. Because of the nature of vintage clothing, we do not allow holds on items in an effort to be fair to all shoppers.

Do you sell shoes?

No. Our inventory curation focuses on the outfit which mainly consists of a variety of bottoms, tops, hats and accessories/jewelry!

Where do I park?

We have no designated parking for our store. Since we are located in the heart of downtown Greenville, feel free to reference their parking map.

What methods of payments do you accept?

We acceptVisa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and Discover. Customers can also complete their payment via Cash App Pay at Square Point of Sale or Cash.
